Weekly Reorder Emails to Manufacturers with n8n
Combine Amazon sales, Amazon stock and 3PL stock into a weekly reorder list, approved before suppliers are emailed
The write-up describes how the workflow runs but reports no numbers on time saved or stock outcomes.

Copy-paste prompt
Here are this week's units sold by SKU, Amazon FBA stock, 3PL stock and my reorder sheet (lead time, reorder point, case pack, vendor) [paste]. For each SKU below its reorder point: suggested order quantity rounded to case packs and the vendor. Group by vendor and draft one short purchase-request email per vendor. Don't send anything; I'll approve first.
The source didn't publish its exact prompt. We wrote this starter so you can try the same workflow. Replace anything in [brackets].
What they did
P26 Consultancy describes an n8n workflow built for an e-commerce seller whose catalogue sells through Amazon. Every week it pulls the week's sales and Amazon inventory, pulls real-time stock from the Borderless API, joins master data in Google Sheets (reorder thresholds and vendor mapping), runs reorder logic in a code node, and emails a summary to the inventory managers. Once they approve, it emails the purchase requests to each manufacturer, posting Slack updates along the way.
How it went
The write-up describes how the workflow runs but reports no numbers on time saved or stock outcomes.

Worth knowing
This is the consultancy's own case study. The workflow itself has no AI step; AI is only mentioned as a possible add-on. The Amazon pull is described as using MWS, which Amazon has replaced with SP-API, so a new build would use SP-API.
