Copy-paste prompt
Build an n8n workflow that runs every morning at 7:00: 1) gets an SP-API access token from my LWA refresh token; 2) calls the FBA Inventory API (getInventorySummaries, details=true) for marketplace [ATVPDKIKX0DER], following nextToken; 3) writes one row per SKU to the Google Sheet [name], tab 'Stock': date, SKU, ASIN, fulfillable, inbound, reserved, unfulfillable; 4) highlights any SKU whose fulfillable count is under [30].
The source didn't publish its exact prompt. We wrote this starter so you can try the same workflow. Replace anything in [brackets].
What they did
An FBA seller built an n8n workflow that pulls current stock levels for each SKU from Amazon and logs them in a Google Sheet, so he no longer logs into Seller Central to check inventory.
How it went
He says it took some time to figure out the API, but now he always knows what's in stock. He gives no figures beyond that.
We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.
Worth knowing
A short first-hand post with a screenshot, not a write-up. If you build one, keep the inbound and reserved columns next to fulfillable stock; a single 'stock' number hides units that can't be sold yet.
