Inventory Sync Across Amazon, Shopify and Flipkart with an n8n Template
Keep one stock count across Amazon and other channels, with alerts
Template only, with no reported results.
Per source A published workflow template, not a reported result.
Copy-paste prompt
Before I turn on automated inventory sync, check my Inventory Master sheet: [attach]. For every SKU, confirm it has an Amazon SKU, Shopify inventory item ID and Flipkart SKU, and a safety buffer. List missing or duplicate mappings. Then show what the sellable quantity would be per channel after the buffer, and flag any SKU where it would go to zero or below.
The source didn't publish its exact prompt. We wrote this starter so you can try the same workflow. Replace anything in [brackets].
What they did
An n8n template by Rahul Joshi runs every 10 minutes and uses a Google Sheet as the inventory master and ledger. It pulls new orders from Shopify, Amazon (SP-API) and Flipkart, dedupes order lines, applies cancellations and manual adjustments, subtracts each SKU's safety buffer, and pushes the sellable quantity back to each channel for changed SKUs (all SKUs in a nightly full sync). Slack gets alerts for oversold, out-of-stock and low-stock SKUs with sales velocity and days of cover, plus a separate alert when a push fails.
How it went
Template only, with no reported results. The setup says to run it once manually to check SKU mappings before turning on the schedule.
We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.
Worth knowing
This is a published workflow template, not a reported result: nobody in the source says what it did for their sales. Read the template's setup steps and test it on one account before you rely on it. This one writes stock levels to your live listings, so test with a few SKUs first.
