Retail Arbitrage Receipts to Listings and Shipping Plans with Claude
Turn a batch of retail arbitrage receipts into listings, a COGS sheet and an FBA shipping plan
He says he barely has to touch Seller Central or his Google Sheet any more, and sees 'no reason for a VA when things get listed with one prompt.'

Copy-paste prompt
I'm an Amazon FBA seller doing retail arbitrage. The folder [folder] has photos of one receipt batch. 1. Read every receipt. For each item give store, date, item title, quantity and unit cost (include tax if it's on the receipt). Mark any line you can't read clearly instead of guessing. 2. Match each item to an ASIN and show me the match before listing anything. 3. After I approve, create the listings, then reconcile my quantity on hand against the receipt totals and flag any mismatch. 4. Add one row per item to my Google Sheet: date, item title, COGS, quantity, ASIN. 5. Draft the FBA shipping plan for the items I mark as prepped and packed. Don't submit it until I say so.
The source didn't publish its exact prompt. We wrote this starter so you can try the same workflow. Replace anything in [brackets].
What they did
The seller drops photos of a retail arbitrage (RA) receipt batch into a folder. Claude works out COGS and quantities, lists each item through the Selling Partner (SP) plugin, reconciles quantity on hand against the receipt batch, updates a Google Sheet with date, item title, COGS, quantity and ASIN, and creates the shipping plan for the prepped and packed items.
How it went

Worth knowing
No time or dollar figures are given. Check the COGS Claude reads off receipt photos before you price from it.
