What they did
An online-arbitrage seller has Claude Cowork pull purchases from the team's Buy Sheet and create replen lines in InventoryLab, with an SOP that walks through every button. Cowork also double-checks prep-center portal entries, monitors aged inbound inventory, and summarizes retailer promos from his inbox.
How it went
He describes InventoryLab entries as 'super slow' but 'flawless' and basically autonomous after setup. He thinks reviews and reconciliation are 'Claude's strong suit' for Amazon. Extracting tracking and order numbers from email was 'slow,' and gift-card balance checks got stalled by captchas.
We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.
Worth knowing
This is honest about limits (speed, captchas). He also uses ChatGPT for lead and supplier legitimacy checks (see the sourcing case).
Copy-paste prompt
SOP: Open my Buy Sheet (Google Sheet). For each row added since [date] with status "Purchased", go to InventoryLab → Inventory → Replenish, search the ASIN, and create a replen line with quantity = Qty column and buy cost = Unit Cost column. Mark the row "Entered in IL" in the sheet. If an ASIN isn't found, skip it and add it to a list. Don't submit any shipment. Report every line you created.
