Review my Sponsored Products data by hour for the last 14 days. Show the hours when spend is high but orders are low, the hours with the best conversion, and campaigns that run out of budget before the best hours. Recommend day-parting bid adjustments and budget changes, and tell me which rules an automated tool should run overnight versus which need a person.

What they did

SPIRE, a Taiwanese agency for cross-border Amazon sellers, added BQool's AI advertising optimization to client accounts. BQool's AI downloads Amazon ad data every hour and surfaces patterns, so the team spends less time on raw numbers and more on strategy, and campaigns keep being optimized when nobody is working. One client, the Taiwanese food brand SUN RIGHT Foods (over 50 years old), relaunched on Amazon North America with SPIRE running supply chain and operations and BQool's AI running ads around the clock.

How it went

Co-founder Jeff Lin says a strategy can now be formed in three to five minutes and checked in another three to five, versus three to five weeks or even months for the old SOPs. BQool reports SUN RIGHT cut ACOS by half and grew orders 3x within three months, earning Amazon's Choice and Overall Pick badges in grocery.

We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.

Worth knowing

A vendor case study published by BQool. SUN RIGHT's results also reflect SPIRE's operations work. Lin's view that ad budgets under 30% of revenue make little difference is his opinion, not a measured finding.

You are my Amazon PPC assistant with access to my Amazon Ads account. Draft, don't change anything.
1. Pull the last 30 days of Sponsored Products search terms.
2. Propose bid changes in one table (campaign, target, current bid, proposed bid, reason).
3. Propose negative keywords in a SEPARATE table (search term, campaign, clicks, spend, orders, why it should be negated, and any sign it might still convert).
4. Stop and wait. Apply only the rows I approve, and list exactly what you changed.

Here is my search term report for the last [14] days [attach].
Give me, in plain English: the search terms wasting money (spend over $[x] with no orders) and the ones worth scaling (orders with ACoS under [y]%).
For each, the exact change you'd make. Don't make any change until I confirm it.

You have read access to my Amazon Ads and sales data. Don't change anything without my approval.
1. List my current campaigns and the products each one covers. Flag any campaign that mixes different product formats.
2. Propose a structure with one campaign per product format, each with its own keyword list pulled from search terms that already convert for that format.
3. For every change you want to make (new campaign, bid, budget, negative), tell me what and why, and wait for my yes.
4. Each week, report spend, CPC, sales and units by product format against the week before.

Check my advertising campaigns. Using a 12-month look-back period, tell me if there are any search terms or ASINs in auto or broad campaigns that have more than 20 clicks and no sales. Give it to me in a table that shows which campaigns they're in, how many clicks, and how much spend. Using the same look-back period, also show me any targets in any campaign type that have more than 20 clicks and no sales.

Audit my Sponsored Products search terms for the last 60 days. List every search term with spend and zero orders, grouped by campaign, with clicks and spend.
Before you change anything, write out the full change list: campaign, the negative you'd add, match type, and why. Flag any term that converts in other campaigns, since blocking it everywhere could cut sales. Wait for my OK.
