Inventory-Aware PPC Bidding with n8n and Gemini (Vendor Build)
Throttle bids by days of cover and pause ads before a stockout, with Gemini writing the decision notes
Vendor page only, with no reported client results.
Per source From the tool's vendor, not independently tested.
Copy-paste prompt
Here is my ASIN list with current bids, target ACoS, net price, 30-day conversion rate, FBA units available and average daily units sold [paste]. For each ASIN: days of cover, the bid from target ACoS x net price x conversion rate, and the bid after these rules: under [14] days of cover cut bids by [30]%; under [5] days pause; never go below $[min] or above $[max]. Return a table of current bid, proposed bid and the reason. Don't change anything.
The source didn't publish its exact prompt. We wrote this starter so you can try the same workflow. Replace anything in [brackets].
What they did
PDV Automations lays out the system it builds: n8n pulls Amazon Ads API and SP-API data into Supabase every 15 minutes, computes days of cover per ASIN, and sets bids from target ACoS x net price x conversion rate within fixed bid bounds. It adjusts placement multipliers, mines search terms for harvesting and negatives, cuts spend when an ASIN is close to stocking out, and has a dry-run mode. Gemini writes the decision summaries.
How it went
Vendor page only, with no reported client results. It offers implementation in 14 days.
We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.
Worth knowing
This is the vendor's own product page, not a seller's reported result. Example numbers on the page are illustrations, not results. A sibling article from the same vendor describes the same system and isn't a separate case. Run it in dry-run mode first and compare its bid changes with your own for a couple of weeks.
