Monthly PPC Audit from Four Sponsored Ads Reports with Gemini
Turn four Sponsored Ads reports into keyword clusters, scale-ups, fix-or-kill targets and a 7-day plan
In the demo, one exact-match term at 21% ACoS, 4.7 ROAS and rank one held only 32% of impression share, and Gemini suggested raising the bid up to 20%.

Copy-paste prompt
I'm attaching four Sponsored Ads reports for the last 30 days: search term, targeting, placement and search term impression share. Target ACoS: [x]%. TACoS goal: [y]%. 1. Sanity check: flag missing data or anything that looks wrong before you analyse. 2. Cluster search terms and targets by theme; for each cluster show spend, sales, ACoS, ROAS and top converting terms. 3. Scale-ups: terms under target ACoS with low impression share; suggest a bid increase and say why. 4. Fix or kill: targets well over target ACoS; say which to fix (bid/match type) and which to negate. 5. Placement and budget changes, then a 7-day action plan.

What they did
On the My Amazon Guy podcast, PPC manager Noah Wickham shows the prompt he runs in Gemini about once every 30 days. He downloads four Sponsored Ads reports (search term, targeting, placement and search term impression share), pastes one long prompt into Gemini's thinking mode, and asks for a data sanity check, keyword clusters with spend, sales, ACoS and ROAS, scale-up candidates, fix-or-kill targets, placement and budget changes, and a seven-day action plan.
How it went
In the demo, one exact-match term at 21% ACoS, 4.7 ROAS and rank one held only 32% of impression share, and Gemini suggested raising the bid up to 20%. A bleeding target showing 108% ACoS was marked fix rather than kill. He says it's worth it for accounts with 50 to 100 campaigns, not 5 to 15, and that the output can go back into a Google Sheet and a bulk file.
We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.
Worth knowing
My Amazon Guy is an agency, and this is a demo on one account, not a before-and-after result. He warns that Gemini isn't an ads expert: put your TACoS, ACoS, CTR and conversion goals in the prompt, and expect garbage in, garbage out.
