PPC Bulk File Optimizer with ChatGPT and n8n
Turn search term reports into a ready-to-upload bid change bulk file
“He reports 1,948 keywords analyzed”

Copy-paste prompt
Here is my Sponsored Products search term report for the last 30 days: [attach]. Target ACOS: [x]%. Minimum clicks before judging a term: [15]. 1. Terms with spend and zero orders over the click minimum: lower bid by [30]% or propose as negative exact. 2. Terms with ACOS under target and at least [2] orders: raise bid by [15]%. 3. Output an Amazon Ads bulk sheet with only the rows to change (Operation = Update), plus a summary of how many changes and why. Don't change anything with fewer clicks than the minimum.
The source didn't publish its exact prompt. We wrote this starter so you can try the same workflow. Replace anything in [brackets].
What they did
Instead of paying for a PPC tool, an Amazon seller used ChatGPT and n8n to build a workflow that reads Amazon search term reports and generates ready-to-upload bulk files: lowering bids on poor performers and raising them on proven winners.
How it went
He reports 1,948 keywords analyzed and 161 bid and keyword recommendations generated, 'completed in minutes, not hours', and says he's 'already seeing a drop in ACOS under 30%'. He says GPT didn't get it right at first and needed tweaks, and that getting Google Sheets and Drive to behave was harder than writing the bid logic.
We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.
Worth knowing
He keeps it semi-manual so he can see and control every step. The ACOS figure is early and he doesn't give a before number.
