Five Account Audits with NotebookLM
Audit fees, returns, variation reviews, landed costs and policy deadlines from my own files
A how-to with prompts, not a reported result.
Per source Self-reported by the source, not independently verified.
Copy-paste prompt
Using only the uploaded FBA fee reports, inventory health reports and returns reports for the last 6 months: which 10 SKUs paid the most in low-inventory-level and return-related fees, how much each, and which have the highest return rate? Cite the report and row for every number.
The source didn't publish its exact prompt. We wrote this starter so you can try the same workflow. Replace anything in [brackets].
What they did
Ary Ashoor lays out five ways to use Google's NotebookLM on your own Amazon files: upload reviews across every parent-child variation and ask which reviews you'd lose under Amazon's variation review split; upload six months of FBA fee, inventory health and returns reports to find SKUs hit by defect-based and low-inventory-level fees; upload supplier invoices, duty records and cost sheets to recalculate landed cost per SKU after a 15% surcharge; upload 2026 policy emails and the new Business Solutions Agreement to list deadlines; and upload negative reviews and return reasons to find the top product issues behind returns.
How it went
A how-to with prompts, not a reported result. He says it takes 10 minutes to set up and that every answer is cited back to the reports, invoices and reviews you uploaded.
We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.
Worth knowing
He claims NotebookLM 'only pulls from YOUR data. No hallucinations.' The citations make answers easy to check, so check them. The full prompt pack is a comment-for-the-link offer.
