Copy-paste prompt
Here's my full campaign list with spend, sales and ACoS for the last 60 days: [paste]. Tell me which campaigns mix branded and non-branded keywords, which SKUs get budget without enough sales to justify it, and propose a new structure: one campaign per product per targeting type, branded split out, with budgets weighted to my top products. Show the proposed structure as a table; don't change anything.

What they did
Leather jacket brand STREGA, new to Amazon, had budget spread across every SKU, brand and non-brand keywords mixed together, and no dayparting or bid automation. Lumian AI, working as a full-service partner, rebuilt every campaign by product and targeting type, split branded and non-branded keywords, moved budget to the strongest products, and put its AI agents on top to adjust bids continuously and spend in peak conversion hours, with a strategist approving changes before they went live.
How it went
Lumian reports ACoS fell from 69% to 17% (its headline says 67%) and TACoS from 21% to 7%, while the hero leather bomber jacket held a top-10 rank. Founder Ahmer says Lumian 'rapidly reduced ACoS and TACoS without sacrificing sales or ranking.'

Worth knowing
A vendor-agency case study with no dates or sales figures. Lumian says itself that the structure rebuild mattered as much as the AI: 'automation on a broken structure just optimizes the wrong thing faster.'
