AMC LTV Cohorts and Client Decks with Claude
Measure shopper lifetime value by ASIN and turn it into client decks
He found that the LTV of holiday shoppers is 'quite a bit lower than during regular seasons' and could tell a brand its 'LTV is down 20% over a 12-month window.'

Copy-paste prompt
From my AMC cohort data, build a 12-month matrix for [ASIN]: customers by first-purchase month, and their repeat purchases and revenue in each following month. Then compare the 12-month LTV of customers acquired in November-December with those acquired in other months, and tell me what that means for how much I should pay to acquire a holiday customer.

What they did
Nick Menicucci, VP of marketplaces at the agency eAccountable, used Intentwise Explore to build Amazon Marketing Cloud views of LTV-to-CAC across client SKUs and 12-month cohort matrices by ASIN. He then connected clients' Amazon data, including AMC, to Claude through Intentwise's AI Gateway MCP, so he could pair search terms, Share of Voice and Amazon Marketing Stream data with the AMC insights and build client decks.
How it went
He found that the LTV of holiday shoppers is 'quite a bit lower than during regular seasons' and could tell a brand its 'LTV is down 20% over a 12-month window.' He puts the time savings from AI Gateway at 'upwards of 50%,' which he frames as time moved to strategy rather than time saved.
