Amazon DSP Campaign Planning and Weekly Reporting with Claude
Plan, build and report Amazon DSP campaigns across several marketplaces
“€277,000 of attributed DSP sales, a ROAS of 19.4”

Copy-paste prompt
Here are my Amazon DSP exports for the last 4 weeks: campaign report, reach and frequency, and device breakdown. 1. Show average frequency per line item by market and flag any above 7. 2. Show spend share and ROAS by device type and suggest bid-modifier changes. 3. List the 5 changes you'd make before the next flight, each with the number that supports it. Don't assume data that isn't in the files.
The source didn't publish its exact prompt. We wrote this starter so you can try the same workflow. Replace anything in [brackets].
What they did
A European Amazon agency used Claude to run DSP for a consumer electronics client selling two brands in Germany, France, Italy, the UK and Spain. Claude sorted the client's ASINs into four groups by traffic and orders to decide which got prospecting or remarketing budget, then built and updated the bulk files, split by brand, group, device and inventory type. The team reviewed each deployment before launch. For reporting, they feed Claude 199-column campaign exports, a 1.17GB supply log, and reach, frequency and device data, and keep everything in a Claude project per client.
How it went
Over April and May 2026, total ad spend was €14,310, with €277,000 of attributed DSP sales, a ROAS of 19.4. Claude found shoppers seeing ads 10 to 11 times in two markets, so they capped frequency at 7; it found one exchange taking 17% of spend in a supply log Excel couldn't open; and it showed PC and connected TV returning 25 to 38x against 16x on phones, so they reweighted bid modifiers. Reporting went from monthly at best to weekly.
We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.
Worth knowing
The agency's own write-up of one client, using attributed DSP sales, which include view-through credit. Bulk-file building in minutes is what let them lower their DSP fee. The frequency and supply-path checks work on any DSP account's exports.
