Search Term Report vs Cerebro Ranks with Claude
Find where ad spend overlaps organic rank and where to push for page 1
“$832k every 2 months (+22.90% YoY)”

Copy-paste prompt
I'm attaching two files for the same brand: the Sponsored Products search term report for the last 60 days and a Helium 10 Cerebro export of the brand's organic ranks. Match them by keyword and give me three lists: 1. Keywords where we already rank organically in the top 10 but still spend heavily on ads (candidates to cut spend). 2. Keywords ranked 11-40 with good conversion in the ads data (candidates to push toward page 1). 3. Keywords with spend and no organic rank at all. Show spend, sales, ACoS and organic rank for each row.
The source didn't publish its exact prompt. We wrote this starter so you can try the same workflow. Replace anything in [brackets].
What they did
An Amazon agency cleaned up a client's ad console (wasted spend, mixed match types, too little optimization), launched foundational campaigns, and then used Claude to compare the brand's search term report with its Helium 10 Cerebro report. That showed where the brand was spending and where it already ranked, so the agency cut spend on terms where the brand already ranked and raised it on keywords with a real chance of reaching page 1. It also built purchase remarketing campaigns from Subscribe & Save data.
How it went
The agency says the brand went from $736K every 2 months (+2.7% YoY) to $832k every 2 months (+22.90% YoY), that the ads scaled within the brand's TACOS goal, and that organic rank improved by 9% across all keywords.
We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.
Worth knowing
An agency describing its own client work, and the sales lift comes from the whole program (ad cleanup, new campaigns, remarketing), not Claude alone. The Claude step is the comparison of spend against organic rank.
