Copy-paste prompt
Help me build a launch helper for my Amazon catalog. Work step by step and check with me between steps. 1. From the product data I paste (one row per product), map each column to the Amazon flat file fields for category [category]. List any required field I don't have data for. 2. Fill the flat file rows for these products and flag anything you had to infer. 3. Draft launch campaigns for each product: take keywords from my winning campaigns (data pasted below), exclude keywords from campaigns I paused for overspending, and label each campaign as ranking or defensive. 4. Keep the campaigns as drafts. I'll enable them myself when the listing is live. Product data: [paste] Campaign data: [paste]

What they did
A 7-figure Amazon reseller spent days with Claude building a dashboard that pulls in product data and fills in the listing fields, including the flat file. He then built a Claude automation that writes the ad campaigns for each new product: it pulls keywords from campaigns that are already winning, learns from ones he paused for overspending, skips brands that never convert, and tells a ranking campaign from a defensive one. It stages the campaigns, and when the listing goes live they go up to Seller Central and he clicks Enable.
How it went
Per the author, launching one product used to take a team a month; the first product through the dashboard went live within five minutes once a couple of field errors were fixed, and the flat file takes an hour or two. By the end of July 2026 they had run five rounds of launches, more than in all of 2025, and 90% of those products were selling.

Worth knowing
Secondhand account from Nhan Dinh of Seller Labs. The reseller credits a year-long cleanup of his product data, not the AI, as the real unlock. His team reviews every listing before it goes up.
