Attribute Fill-Rate Audit Skill in Claude Code
Find which missing listing attributes matter and draft only values you can prove
“the audit took a couple of minutes and found ten ranked gaps”

Copy-paste prompt
- Never invent dimensions, materials, compatibility, certifications, ingredients, compliance attributes, medical claims, safety claims, age ranges, country of origin, warranty, or included components. - Do not infer regulated attributes from marketing language. - If a value is likely but not proven, mark it `Needs source` and DO NOT put it in the CSV draft value field.

What they did
For a cabinet-hardware brand with 40-odd ASINs and a rank slide on three best sellers, a consultant built a Claude Code skill: about 200 lines of instructions plus a category attribute taxonomy file. It captures the visible listing first, picks a backend fill-rate mode when a Seller Central export or flat file is supplied (visible-data completeness otherwise), classifies every attribute as populated, missing, weak, unsupported or not applicable, drafts missing values only from source-backed facts, and outputs a Markdown report and a flat-file-ready CSV.
How it went
The first version invented a 'third-party tested' attribute and a country of origin for a supplement, so the no-invention rules became the core of the skill. On a live cabinet hinge listing the audit took a couple of minutes and found ten ranked gaps, including zero coverage of inset doors, existing screw holes, tools needed and adjustability. A proper manual audit takes 30-60 minutes per SKU, and the run costs a few dollars per ASIN.
We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.
Worth knowing
An agency build log. He gives no rank-recovery figure and says attributing one would be fake. Keep a person approving the CSV; the skill finds and drafts, it doesn't push.
