Canva for Amazon sellers: 2 real use cases

Short answer: Sellers mostly use Canva's AI to edit, not to generate. They remove backgrounds, put products on white, and add text and icons to images made in other tools such as Nano Banana. One Amazon jewelry seller with about 700 items says it replaced a $5-per-image designer.

Seller tasks: Images & Video (2), A+ Content (1), Listings & SEO (1).

Canva FAQ

Do I have to disclose AI-generated images on Amazon?

An Amazon forum moderator answered this on the Seller Forums in July 2026 (a forum answer, not an official policy page): simple AI retouching (background removal, color and lighting fixes) is treated like normal photo editing if the image still shows the real product accurately. Photorealistic AI-generated people (faces, bodies, hands) must be disclosed with the 'AI-generated' and 'AI-generated people' checkboxes when you upload through A+ Content. That applies to new uploads, not older images. The usual main-image rules still apply.

Are the results in these cases verified?

They are what each source reports. We don't verify numbers independently, and we never add results the source didn't state. Every case links to its source.
