Copy-paste prompt
Using my real product photo, put the product in this setting: [scene]. Keep the product's shape, color, material and label exactly as in the photo, and don't add any text to the image (I'll add text in Canva). Make 3 versions with different backgrounds: [options].
The source didn't publish its exact prompt. We wrote this starter so you can try the same workflow. Replace anything in [brackets].
What they did
A seller asked r/FulfillmentByAmazon whether anyone actually uses AI generators for listing images. Replies: one seller uses Nano Banana to swap background settings; another says Seedream keeps text better and post-processes in Photoshop; another makes all lifestyle images in GPT; one generated A+ content with Nano Banana and added text and icons in Canva, while professionals still make their main listing images; a leather-goods seller found generic tools made the leather look plastic and switched to Pixora.
How it went
No numbers. The pattern across replies: AI for backgrounds, lifestyle and A+ scenes, with text added or fixed in Canva or Photoshop, and real photos or professionals for the main image.
We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.
Worth knowing
Anonymous forum replies. Product text and materials (like leather) are where sellers say the generic tools still fail.
