What they did
At unBoxed 2026, Amazon renamed its ad platform Amazon Ads Agent. It replaces the old Ads Console and DSP experiences, putting Sponsored ads, Full-Funnel Campaigns and DVA+ (display, video and audio) in one place. Advertisers can ask questions, get recommendations or 'simply give instructions' in a chat. Amazon says nearly 1,000 metrics are available by asking, such as top campaign drivers, new-to-brand breakdowns and Long-Term Sales trends, and generative AI creative tools inside the chat turn existing product assets into display and video ads.
How it went
Amazon reports that Full-Funnel Campaigns beta testers saw 67% higher long-term ROAS and 29% lower cost to acquire new-to-brand customers, and that advertisers using the creative tools saw up to 71% more product coverage and up to 15% sales growth. These are Amazon's own figures, not an independent test. One named brand, Canine Naturals, says 41% of its Full-Funnel sales were new to brand.

Worth knowing
The conversational experience was in 'expanded closed beta' when announced (Sept 30, 2026), so not every seller has it yet. Amazon's AI picks channel mix and placements in Full-Funnel Campaigns, so you give up some control.
Copy-paste prompt
Using my Sponsored Products data for the last 30 days compared with the 30 days before: 1. Which 5 campaigns drove the most change in sales, up or down, and why? 2. Which search terms spent more than $[X] with zero orders? 3. What share of my ad-attributed sales were new-to-brand? Recommend up to 3 changes, show the expected effect of each, and don't apply anything until I say yes.
