Copy-paste prompt
Help me plan a dashboard for my agency's Amazon client accounts before writing code. Accounts: [number] Seller Central and [number] Vendor Central. I need daily sales, units, ad spend and TACOS per client, and an agency-wide view. 1. List the SP-API and Amazon Ads API reports we need and how often to pull them within rate limits. 2. Propose a database schema with one row per client per day per marketplace. 3. Plan the login so each client could later see only their own data. Start with one client account, read-only.

What they did
An agency managing 18 clients on Amazon and Mercado Livre in Brazil wanted one dashboard with each client's sales data. Software companies in the Amazon space quoted about $1,500 a month for what they needed (15+ accounts, Seller and Vendor, an agency view, multiple seats). The founder built it himself with Claude Code over a couple of weeks, using the Amazon and Mercado Livre APIs, Supabase for storage and Vercel for hosting.
How it went
He puts the running cost at about $65/mo all-in (Supabase $25, Vercel $20 and a $20 Claude plan), against the $1,500 a month he was quoted. Next he plans a client-facing version.

Worth knowing
He doesn't say how much of his own time it took to maintain, and the plans he pays for are shared with other projects.
