How it went

He found it 'pretty basic,' with some general answers, and said it pulled from old templates, citing 'outdated company policies and non-existent emails for resolving seller support issues.' He sees it as a good pairing for overseas VAs, but says it won't find money Amazon owes you or raise margins.
