SP-API Reports into Spreadsheet Rows with an n8n Template
Pull any Amazon SP-API report into clean rows you can analyze
Template only, with no reported results.
Per source A published workflow template, not a reported result.
Copy-paste prompt
I've pulled my [report type, e.g. GET_FBA_MYI_UNSUPPRESSED_INVENTORY_DATA] report as rows: [attach]. Summarize it: row count, date range, and the 10 SKUs that need attention most, with the columns that show why. Tell me how many rows you actually read before giving totals.
The source didn't publish its exact prompt. We wrote this starter so you can try the same workflow. Replace anything in [brackets].
What they did
An n8n template requests an Amazon Selling Partner API report, polls until it's ready, downloads the document, unzips it if it's GZIP, and parses the TSV into one item per row. You fill in your Login with Amazon refresh token, client ID and secret, region, report type and marketplace IDs, then add nodes to send the rows to a database, spreadsheet or AI step.
How it went
Template only, with no reported results. It's the plumbing piece other automations build on.
We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.
Worth knowing
This is a published workflow template, not a reported result: nobody in the source says what it did for their sales. Read the template's setup steps and test it on one account before you rely on it. You need your own SP-API app credentials.
