For each client account, list every SKU whose sales over the last 3 days are down 60% or more against the 3 days before. For each, show sessions, conversion rate, Buy Box percentage and fulfillment channel for both periods, and give the most likely cause (suppression, lost Buy Box, stockout, FBA-to-FBM flip, price change) with the evidence.

What they did

Mark Lathrum's agency Tiide Commerce connected client data to Claude through Intentwise's AI Gateway MCP. Within a few weeks it automated the 15-slide decks it presents to clients every week, and built dashboards in Claude: each client's top 10 SKUs with the week-over-week change in sales, CTR and Buy Box; search terms rising week over week; and every client SKU that dropped 60% in sales in the last few days, to catch suppressions and other critical issues faster.

How it went

The case study reports 3-4 hours saved per client per week on decks. When a client texted on a Friday night about a 30-40% sales drop on a SKU that regularly brings in $1m+ a month, Lathrum asked Claude for possible reasons; it flagged a conversion issue, he worked out the SKU had flipped from FBA to FBM, and he got back to the client 'within 10 or 15 minutes.'

We only report what the source says. Results are self-reported unless noted.

Then check sessions and conversion rate in the business reports, keyword rank history and advertising for the same period, and give me the most likely causes in order, with the evidence for each.
